AltiTrack won't connect

Hi,
I've just installed jump-track + the usb drivers, all went ok.
Jumptrack shows the usb interface connected ok, but I cannot connect to the altitrack.
Could it be the serial ports settings? Please help

I've uninstalled + reinstalled everything, still no go...
When the Altitrack is connected, it switches itself on, but does not connect.
Is there anyone there at L&B? My direct email has had no reply either.....
