I cant unlock it or stop it from beeping hours after leaving the DZ. I also lost the quick reference guide on how to use...Help please

Hi mate,

Have you tried removing the batteries and waiting 2 minutes, then putting them back in?

I took them out but did not wait 2 minutes. I return the unit for service. Thanks for the reply.
