Check list for downloading Pro-Track data though the serial port:




  1. Is the red light on the rear of the PC-Interface off BEFORE you press the "Connect" button in Jump-Track?  (If the red light on the rear of the PC-Interface is on before you press connect, then another device driver is occupying the Com-port,  and you need to remove this device driver when using the PC-Interface. We know that palm-pilots dos this, and also some digital camera's.)


  2. Dos the red light on the rear of the PC-Interface turn on AFTER you press the "Connect" button in Jump-Track?


  3.  When pressing the "Set" button on the Pro-Track in the PC window is the Pro-Track counting up to 16320 on the display?


  4. Is the IR transmitter and Receiver clean and without any "dirt" on them?


  5. Do you have the possibility to try the PC-Interface/Pro-Track download on another PC?
